Part of the Company’s mandate is to provide its employees with a satisfying, safe and healthy working environment. We have realized that social problems do have an impact on the workplace as a result we have put together an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in place in order to provide our employees with constructive assistance in the form of confidential counselling and support to them and their family members.

The existence of this programme assists employees with social and work-related problems, encourage employees to take responsibility for their own health and wellness. The services offered range from, but not limited to, telephone, face to face and trauma counselling, financial and legal advice.
